Digital Bundle Refunds

Because the "From Visibility to Impact" bundle is a digital product delivered instantly, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The bundle files have not been downloaded or accessed
• The refund request is submitted via email or WhatsApp within the stated period

If the files have been downloaded or accessed, a refund cannot be issued due to the copyable nature of the digital product.

Consulting Session Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, with a full refund in case of cancellation.
• Cancellations after this window, or a no-show without prior notice, are not eligible for a refund.
• If we are unable to deliver the session for any reason on our end, it will be rescheduled or fully refunded, at the client's preference.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once a refund request is approved, the amount is returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
